TERMS OF USE

1. The Website

1.1 The medinatcticalgear.eu website is owned and operated by Medina Tactical Gear. We are registered in Malta (EU) under Maltese Law and with our registered office at No1 Triq Geraldu Spiteri, Luqa Malta.

1.2 All of the goods on this Website are offered by Medina Tactical Gear Malta. which will be the contracting party for any order that you place.

2. Orders

2.1 Any order that you place constitutes an offer to purchase a product subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right without reason to refuse any order.

2.2 All orders placed will be subject to availability and confirmation of the order price via a “notification of despatch” email sent to your email address registered at time of purchase.

2.3 Knives or other pointed objects cannot be sold to persones under the age of 18+, we reserve the right to cancel your order.

3. Prices

3.1 All prices are inclusive of VAT or similar sales tax (where applicable) at the prevailing rate for which we are responsible as a seller.

3.2 All prices on the website are in Euros.

3.3 We try very hard to ensure that all of the pricing information shown on our website is accurate. Rarely an error may occur and goods may be wrongly priced. If we discover there has been an error with the pricing of any item then we will contact you prior to dispatching the order to notify you of the error. You will be asked if you wish to cancel the order or to proceed with the order at the correct price. We will not be obliged to supply goods at the incorrect price.

4. Payment

4.1 Payment for the goods and delivery charges can be made by any method shown on the website at the time you place your order. Payment shall be due before the delivery date and time for payment shall be a fundamental term of this agreement, breach of which shall entitle the Supplier to terminate the contract immediately.

4.2 There will be no delivery until cleared funds are received.

5. Delivery

5.1 The goods you order will be delivered to the address you give when you place your order.

5.2 Your package will normally be dispatched on the same or next business day after cleared payment.

5.3 Orders placed under 15Euros will have a charge of 3.80 euros as shipping cost.

6. Non-Delivery

6.1 Genuine postal losses are rare in Europe. Experience has shown us that in most cases items are returned to us as uncollected when buyers have reported items as undelivered. Please check with your local delivery office before contacting us about non-delivery. Where items are returned to us we will contact you and a further Postage and Handling charge will be made before items can be redelivered.

7. Returns

7.1 Should you wish to return any of your goods, you may only do so in accordance with our returns policy.

8. Copyright

8.1 All intellectual property of Tademarks, trade names, patents, registered designs and any other automatic intellectual property rights derived from the aesthetics or functionality of the Website remain the property of Medina Tactical Gear. By using the Website you agree to respect the intellectual property rights of Medina Tactical Gear and will refrain from copying, downloading, transmitting, reproducing, printing, or exploiting for commercial purpose any material/pictures contained within the Website.

9. Amendments

9.1 Medina Tactical Gear reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions from time to time, as required.

10. General

10.1 These Terms are governed by Maltese law. This means your use of the Sites and any contract for the purchase of Items through the Sites; and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with the same will be governed by Maltese law. You and we both agree to that the courts of Maltese will have non-exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising out if these Terms or your use of the Sites.
