Refund and Returns policy for Medina Tactical Gear

Overview

  • Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

    To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds

    1. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    2. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

    Late or missing refunds

    1. If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    2. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
    3. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
    4. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at contact@medinatacticalgear.eu..

    Sale items

    Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

    Returns Policy

    We are more than happy for you to return any of our goods for a refund or exchange within 14 days of receipt, as long as, they are in a resellable condition with all packaging and labels intact.

    You, the customer, will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. It can be shipped back via a service of your choice although we do recommend a secure trackable method that requires a signature on delivery.

    Please pack your items securely and fill in the form on the dispatch note indicating the items you are returning, choose the appropriate option, and enclose it in your parcel. Please return the item to the below address Medina Tactical Gear,No 1, Triq Gerladu Spiteri, Luqa, LQA1440, Malta

    Make sure the sender’s address is ON the box. Consignments without the sender’s address will not be processed and they will be disposed of after 60 days
